Stéphane GREA

C.E.O

Founder of GREAT Engineering, Stéphane began his career 8 years ago in the automotive industry, working on technical aspects related to automotive electronic systems as well as organisational aspects and consulting missions. Stéphane has led organisations at several levels, from technical team management, department head to the steering of an Engineering Centre of Excellence to the creation of an operations department with international exposure. Today, he joins the consulting field to share his experience and knowledge with different clients, with a direct and pragmatic approach.

Patrick AVERSENQ

Mission director

Patrick’s career in engineering has taken him from consultant to project manager and technical director, and he has taken part in projects for major groups in the automotive, aerospace, defence and energy industries. Patrick has also headed up the “ground transport and energy” technical department for a major ESN and has taken part in the roll-out to other sectors and internationally in order to guarantee the best practices in project management. Today, Patrick is deploying a project organisation within GREAT to expand the range of services and offer ‘Workpackaged’ solutions to his customers. At the same time, Patrick offers his skills in 4 areas: Project Management, Sales Support, Transformation and Strategy.

David DESJARDINS

Mission director

David worked for 25 years in the industrial sector. During this time, he managed a number of complex innovation and transformation projects linked to strategic developments. Through these projects, he has managed cross-functional, multi-disciplinary and international teams. Today, faced with the challenges of the world, he is involved in consulting to share methods and tools adapted to each context and to effectively implement solutions that are economical, easy and operational on a day-to-day basis.

Pierre-Jacquelin ROMANI

Mission director

Pierre-Jacquelin has worked for 11 years in risk management, delivering consultancy services in a variety of sectors. During his career, he has managed projects in the defence and security sector. He has demonstrated his ability to build appropriate and innovative solutions to meet customer needs.

Catherine DESSAINT

Catherine’s different backgrounds give her a wealth of experience in supporting sales teams, from sales administration, purchasing and logistics to invoicing. Catherine is currently Sales Administration Manager at GREAT.

Hanane BOUMERAOU

Systems engineer

Hanane has a Masters degree in Complex Systems Engineering and specialises in networks and telecoms. Complex systems architecture is her main area of expertise. She advises our customers on requirements analysis, verification and validation, and the drafting of test sheets. Particularly in the fields of aeronautics, automotive and the connected world, Hanane has demonstrated her rigour in the requirements analysis and functional analysis phases.

Florian BUNAS

Mission director

With 27 years’ experience in the automotive industry and the inflatable sector, Florian has acquired extensive experience in the organization of events and test runs. With his department, Florian was responsible for preparing and carrying out test days for a wide range of customers, from the CEO and CEG of a major group, to external clients (journalists, fleet managers).

Today, in addition to the commercial aspects, Florian is project manager.
